Evolve humanity by industrially developing and accelerating research to bring excitement in science.
Currently, great amounts of time spent in research can be attributed to the difficulty of navigating and finding the right studies to conduct the research activity itself. There is a feeling that it is the norm. Onikle will be able to provide scientist with what they want before they even look for it: speeding up the process of research. Onikle will be able to change the perspective of science being dull and boring procedure to an exciting endeavour.
Mission 2: Enrich Ecosystem
Creating a virtuous cycle where science helps the society, and society helps science.
As a civilization, we have come a long way; especially in the past 100 years. Unfortunately, the science world of now is heavily constrained by the necessity of creating economic benefit rather than societal benefit. Just think about avoidable expensive prices of various life-saving drugs. For a very long time, science has been used as an economic agent and its full potential as an agent for societal advancement has been restrained. Onikle hopes to create a culture where science helps society grow and the society helps science grow.
Mission 3: 100% Preprint
Introducing high level science conducted online, freely, openly, equally, socially and in real time.
Science has been something for closed group of elites who have access to expensive journals and facility. Science should never be limited to small of number of people. Serendipity can happen from anywhere and unfortunately people are not given a chance to stand on the starting line. Even for the people in the science community it is a tedious environment. When a researcher finds a revolutionary discovery, he/she has to wait for a prominent journal to pick it up and publish it 2 years later. This has halted the science world. Onikle will break norms and create democratic science world.
